PVC synthetic Leather For Shoes Making
This hight quality Pvc Synthetic Leather which can be used to make shoes is one typical production of the GDL company. This PVC Synthetic Leather is produced in strict compliance with standardized procedures, therefore the high quality and standards are assured. Embossed technology is used to make lines, grains, and patterns on the leather surface, while imitation cotton velvet is used to make knitted craft backing. This leather is waterproof, anti-mildew, abrasion-resistant, anti-pill, stain resistant, stain-repellent, water resistant, wrinkle resistant, wind proof, these characteristics make it a good material for making shoes.
The temperature is about 200℃ during the foam processes, so we use two dyeing processes to color the leather and make sure the color meets the requirements. Besides, for this Pvc Leather, we can produce 100,000 meters per day, the productivity is not a worry. For 20HQ container, we can always load 21000 meters.

A3: The MOQ for dyed fabric is 1000M per colour,3000M per shipment. The MOQ for long continue dyed fabric is 3000M per colour,5000M per shipment.if below MOQ will have 150USD extra dyed surcharge
Q4:What the MOQ for sample order?
A4: for ordered color have to meet 300m .
Q5: Can you accept order quantity less MOQ?
A5: Yes we can,but should be surcharged for small lot.About USD80-150 per colour.
Q6 : What the payment term of your conpany?
A6 : The payment term for new cuntomer is T/T 30% deposit and balance before shipment can be TT or L/C at sight .We can discuss better payment term after several orders in good coorperation.
