Yield

Today our yield breaked through 200 thousands meters.This is the honor and effort of all the people in our factory.

Usually our daily output is 150,000-170,000 meters, but today, with the perfect cooperation of our workers and the production of our excellent machines, we broke the 200,000 meters mark.

Our factory has two supporting PVC production lines, from the beginning of the base cloth molding machine, to PVC calendering line, to PVC foaming line and PVC surface treatment line. Normally, the daily capacity of a whole supporting production line is about 80,000 meters, but today we break the common sense and break through ourselves.

The cooperation of the workers and good machines are very important, but our technical team is also very important. They constantly improve the formula and production process, so that we can continue to make progress.
